Instructions
Brown Sugar Pretzel Nuggets

Combine oil, brown sugar and cinnamon

Mix with pretzels and coat well in large microwave bowl

Add green sanding sugar and stir

Microwave for 1-2 minutes, stir and repeat and microwave for another 2 minutes

Lay out on parchment or silicone mat to dry

Store in air tight container
Spicy Ale Beer Nuts

Preheat oven 350 º F

Cook the bacon until crisp and reserve 2 T. of the grease.

Once cooled, chop the bacon into fine pieces.

Combine the Lore, Pale Ale, brown sugar, salt, chocolate chill, and bacon grease into a medium pot, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and cook down for 20 minutes. Keep an eye on this and stir often or else it will boil over.

After 20 minutes, stir in the chopped bacon.

Place the nuts in a large bowl and pour the glaze on top.

Stir gently so the nuts don’t break up and then spread out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes then let cool for 10 minutes.

Store in an air-tight container for up to a week.

Combine all 4 components in large airtight container. Shake to mix evenly.
