Dry Citrus Rub
I use this dry rub on my Poached Hawaiian Mahi Mahi recipe, but you could also use it on any type of fish or poultry for a kick of citrus. It’s easy and can be updated as your taste buds desire.

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in dry sauté pan and warm over low heat to open the aroma and oils of the spices.
  • Grind the spices together in your coffee mill or mortar and pestle.
  • Taste and correct seasoning accordingly.
