Dry Citrus Rub
I use this dry rub on my Poached Hawaiian Mahi Mahi recipe, but you could also use it on any type of fish or poultry for a kick of citrus. It’s easy and can be updated as your taste buds desire.
Combine all ingredients in dry sauté pan and warm over low heat to open the aroma and oils of the spices.
Grind the spices together in your coffee mill or mortar and pestle.
Taste and correct seasoning accordingly.
